A JEW DOESN'T TORTURE A JEW - OR ANYONE

WE ARE TAKING OUR MESSAGE OF HUMAN RIGHTS TO THE STREETS!
Posters protesting allegations that the suspects in the Duma murders have been tortured by the Shin Bet have been plastered all over Jerusalem and other locations in the country. The posters (poster on the right of the photo) read: "A Jew does not torture a Jew."
This is unacceptable. Our tradition teaches that ALL human beings are created in the Image of God. ALL life is sacred, ALL humans have rights, and NONE should be tortured.
So in response to this campaign, Rabbis for Human Rights have launched our own campaign - this one promoting human rights and dignity for ALL human beings! Our posters (poster on the left of the photo), which are being put up throughout Jerusalem and Gush Etzion, read: "A Jew does not torture a HUMAN BEING."
Jew, Palestinian, Muslim, Christian, African, European - makes no difference. Torture is not OK - on anyone.
