TALK TO YOURSELF - IT'S HEALTHY


"I talk to the trees, but they don't listen to me..."

If you are the most intelligent person in the room, talk to yourself, aloud. 

It will help to strengthen your neck and chest muscles and keep your lungs active.

It will focus your mind on something you care about and combat confusion.

It will develop your awareness of the specific meaning of words.

It will help you organize your ideas and plans.

Your Self will be comforted by the sound of your own voice.

And if anybody asks, just say you were talking to the most intelligent person in the room.

Ignore those two men in white coats coming toward you.

They probably aren't as smart as you are.
