One of the many misconceptions about Israel that often certain media outlets want to encourage is the notion that Arab Israeli citizens lack opportunities or access to quality education. But, nothing could be further from the truth. The level of integration and success that Arab citizens enjoy in Israel is unparalleled to any other Middle Eastern society.
Arab Israelis are represented in every area of life. From members of Parliament in the Knesset to Doctors and Business owners. How can that ever be apartheid? They account for roughly only 20% of the population but yet 35% of all doctors in Israel are Arab and we are proud of that. Israeli society encourages all its citizens to succeed. This is what makes Israel so special.
