North Korea: Country's Leader Kim Jong Un Orders Nuclear Weapons to Be Readied for Use, Report Says

The Korean Central News Agency reported that Jong Un ordered preparations for pre-emptive strikes. The U.N. imposed sanctions on North Korea for its nuclear test and missile launch Wednesday.
