Also, one of her issues was improving the quality of life of returning veterans. She introduced legislation that improved the educational and finanical opportunities of veterans. She served on the Senate Armed Services Committee and on the Transformation Advisory Group, a panel of experts that advise the United States Joint Armed Forces Command on issues pertaining to various branches of the military. New York is a major hot spot for potential terrorist attacks and Clinton has been involved in the most intense counter-terrorism program ever. She is ready to become Commander-in-Chief on Day 1. I appreciate the fact that she supported Obama as he guided the US out of the recession and kept us from plunging into a deep and dark depression, taking the rest of the world with us. No one bailed out the banks, per se. TARP money was used to bail out the US economy. She has supported the financial industry which is a big part of New York state's economy. It is fashionable to hate on this industry, but it is an important one to the health of our economy. Hillary Clinton can see the big picture; she has complex critical thinking skills. Her opponent has an old socialist mindset that tells him that everyone is out to get everyone else. He is mistaken to think that the major cause of our increased income inequality if corruption. Income disparity has increased in every advanced nation, while it has decreased in developing countryies. The cause is globalization effects (investment flows in/out of nations) and changes in technology that has remade manufacturing jobs as we have known them. If you do not understand the causes of an issues, your solutions will not be effective. Vote Hillary Clinton 2016.
