In Pointe St Charles, Quebec, women who are prostitutes sell their young girls - 8 or 9 years old - into prostitution for a fix.
Groups in the area work with the women to try to stop them from abusing their little girls, selling their children's young bodies for drugs. Youth protection and the police do nothing.
Those youngsters have been seen at the Metro station at 10 or 11 PM peddling their wares to perfect strangers.
Some friends of the writer who reported this were working to stop this child prostitution with the help of other groups. Nothing was done.
People knew. Where were the police?
Where was the so-called Youth Protection?
