President Francious Hollande of France has received draft legislation he requested to be presented to the UN General Assembly to have humanities environmental right be enforced by the International Criminal Court. The extensive damage to fish, forests, water, soils, species, ocean, terrestrial ecosystems, to our planets atmosphere threatens our future. Such unsustainable immoral conduct must come to be recognized as violations of humanities rights to peace and security of the person. Does your political rep support this evolution in International law ?
