THIS POOR DOG IS IN A KILL SHELTER IN ROMANIA - WILL ANYONE RUSH TO ADOPT IT?

I am told that Romania is one of the worst countries when it comes to killing dogs.

Andrea Sporkert I can Tell you lots of this Horror shelter .... Bragadiru , Briasta , targu jiu...or the shelter in MANGALIA ... this are the Citys. ... But if you google Bragadiru shelter you will find it .... Or MANGALIA shelter
