In Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the agency entrusted by the Government of Canada to provide mail service to the citizens has plans to discontinue mail delivery - leaving the sick, the handicapped, the aged, with the challenge to fend for ourselves - through sleet and snow and heaven-knows-what. We have been betrayed by the Government of Canada that used to provide this service but sold us out.
