THE PEOPLE OF FRANCE HAVE BEEN ATTACKED - THESE KURDISH WOMEN HAVE BEEN ATTACKED

May their memories serve as a blessing for a world ultimately at peace with itself.
Norman Simon per Canadians for Coexistence.

Eugene Plawiuk writes:
"Our thoughts and love are with those who have been hurt and massacred in Paris over the past few hours.  The world needs to stand in solidarity against terrorism. This is particularly painful for me as a Kurdish woman because this time two years ago, almost exactly to the day, three of our Kurdish women activists were murdered in a horrendous act of terrorism in the same city, and their murderer is yet to be found by the French authorities.

I have attached their images here. Their names were Leyla Soylemez, Sakine Cansiz, Fidan Dogan.

May all victims of terrorism find peace and justice. May they rest in peace.

The original photograph shows the three Kurdish women, but my computer is not able to show the whole photo.
