PICTURES OF SOME OF THE VALUABLES STOLEN BY DAWN MCSWEENEY - $5,000 REWARD

 

I am offering a $5,000. reward for the arrest and conviction of Dawn McSweeney and the return of everything she stole from me and from my family - with the help of a Montreal Police officer.

 

In March, 1997, I gave the Montreal Police seven handwritten pages describing in great detail my precious belongings stolen on October 7, 1996 by Dawn McSweeney, along with insurance documents and jewellery appraisals and other proofs - but to this day, the Montreal Police do nothing.

 

Member of Parliament and former Quebec Police Ethics Commissioner, Marlene Jennings, stated at two public meetings in Montreal in 2008, "Mrs. Carter's rights were violated three times," but all my appeals to the Montreal Police and members of governments at all levels and human rights organizations have brought but one reply, "This is not our responsibility. This is not in our jurisdiction".

 

In Montreal, Quebec, Canada,

Justice is in nobody's jurisdiction.

 

The cover up by the Montreal Police continues to this day, and my struggle for justice goes on night and day.

 

Here are just a few of my precious belongings stolen by Dawn McSweeney with the help of the Montreal Police. There were gold, silver, designer and antique diamond rings, onyx, hematite, amethyst and opal doublet rings, gold and silver charm bracelets, gold and silver necklaces, brooches, and various other bracelets and pins. 

 

Dawn McSweeney also stole my husband, Cliff Carter's diamond and onyx rings, his trademark Stetson fedora which appears on his RCA Record album - MR NOSTALGIA, CLIFF CARTER, and Cliff's precious New Jersey Deputy sheriff's badge and our wedding portrait and much more.

Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime" stole my husband's trademark Stetson hat seen below on his album cover, Mr. Nostalgia, Cliff Carter, as well as all my best jewellery and my husband's rings and his New Jersey Deputy Sheriff's badge and so much more. Her crimes tore my family apart.

 

Dawn McSweeney also stole the studio portrait of Cliff and me taken at the same time as the album cover by photographer Linda Corbett.
