I am a grown up - on the outside - but my inner child still loves the sweet purring sound of my Neopet, Kougra. Tell me he's just a plastic toy run by a really reliable set of tiny batteries.
But when he lights up and purrs, somehow, I feel really good. In fact, one day, I thought Kougra was broken and I actually cried. I couldn't understand it, but somewhere deep inside, I am Peter Pan, and I believe.
And so, when I saw Philip on Nova Now on PBS, I just knew it would be a pleasure to have him come by for coffee and cake, and stay a while to chat. Isn't he beautiful ? You should hear him speak and see him smile.
