FIRST NATIONS LIVING IN DIRE POVERTY - WHERE HAS THE MONEY GONE ?

 

 

 

 

The news is full of stories about Canadian Aboriginal people who are living in dire poverty.

 

They have no clean water to drink. Their homes are rotting wood and tar paper. Their children are ill and unable to get good health care and education. They are freezing in their homes. They sniff and drink toxic substances to escape their grief and frustration. To meet their needs, some turn to smuggling cigarettes and gambling. 

 

Who would not be outraged by their suffering?

 

My first reaction is to demand that the Federal Government - whose predecessors stole the native lands and their human rights in the name of the Canadian People - be obliged to react immediately by providing generous funds and assistance to these victims of the colonialists.

 

But then I hear the other side. Millions of tax payers' dollars have been given to native tribes. Are the tribes that are in trouble among those who have received the tax payers' money or are they exceptions? Where is the money? What has it been used for? Show us how the money has been used.

 

An eye witness reported seeing large animals on a reserve  - I don't recall if it was bison or cattle - stripped of their hides, their carcasses left lying all over a field to rot. Nobody seemed to need their flesh for food there.

 

I am not interested in polls or statistics. I would like to read reports from objective eye witnesses. Where is the money? What has it been used for ? Who is really responsible for the suffering of the native children ?

 

All I want is the truth.

My calendar tells me I am seventy-five.

Episode Five

 

 

 

I am a 75 year old Montreal journalist, widow, cancer patient, crime victim and blogger.

 

When I fell ill with bone cancer in April, 2009, my Plymouth Voyageur sat in the parking lot all through the winter and rusted out. I had to scrap it.

 

Driving is as natural to me as walking and I can drive better now than I can walk. I started driving at seventeen and I longed to get another car.

 

And so, on April 30,  2011, I found a used car dealer - D.G.B. Auto at 6965 St. Jacques West in Montreal - and I bought the first car that was offered to me.

 

And so my adventure began. After chasing the dealer to make essential repairs all summer long, I finally had them done at long established garages at considerable cost.

 

From April, when I bought the car, until December, I was only able to use the car for one short trip and a few local errands because of the persistent problems with the door handle and the brakes. The car looks good, purrs like a kitten, but the brakes were so badly damaged that my car could have been a death trap.  All the details are reported in these earlier articles.

From the time I bought the car, the brakes were squealing really loudly, particularly in one wheel. The dealer, Mike of DGB Auto, told me that the sharp noise was due to the fact that he had installed the very best brake pads. Nothing to worry about. The noise will lessen over time.

 

Finally, December 22, I could no longer ignore the problem. There was no point in going back to DGB for the umpteenth time.

 

I took the car into Gordon Good Year on St. Jacques. This company has been in business since 1955 under the same ownership and carries on business in a very professional manner. And here, to make a long story short, is the conclusion.

Total to prevent a catastrophe        $440.84 *

 

 

Fortunately, my instincts saved me. I acted just in time. Since the car always stopped without a problem, I did not know the brakes were in a critical condition.

WARNING - COMPUTER HACKER - THIS IS SERIOUS

 

I just had a call from my friend, Carolyn.

Her computer was hacked. Someone phoned her. Asked for her by name. He said he was from Microsoft and told her there was a problem with Windows. He gave her a (fake) code number and told her to put it into her computer.

She became a little suspicious because he had an Indian accent, so she asked his name and he said something like Bruce Taylor. She said that didn't seem right because he had an Indian accent. He said he had only come from India recently and because his name was hard to pronounce, he had been given the new name. He said he would give her his company ID number and his phone number so she would know the call was legitimate.

He said that when she put the code number into her computer she would see that his call was legitimate. But when she did, she saw a pop-up on her computer that said "FRAUD". She ended the call and phoned the RCMP immediately and they recognized the fraud. They knew about it.

She also had to call Equifax and other credit companies and the Montreal Police and make a report that took an hour and a half because the police woman was apparently not familiar with the procedure and she kept having to talk to others - but Carolyn said she was very kind and helpful.

She had to take her computer in and have it wiped clean, so all her files are gone, addresses, all her accounts, etc. And, of course, there was the cost.

She did put in her backup because three people told her that was safe to do. It seems to me the back-up could also be tainted.

Doing business on the computer is very risky. Beware of ANYONE who contacts you in any way and asks you to do anything on your computer.

 

 

ARE CORRUPT JUSTICE SYSTEMS KILLING LITTLE CHILDREN IN U.S.A. AND CANADA ?

 

Day and night,  month after month, I read the tragic stories of little children being taken from their mothers by the authorities and given to fathers who abuse them - even kill them.

 

Yes, we see that mothers also kill their children.

 

The question is - Why does this go on ? Are the social welfare systems so incompetent, so corrupt, that there is no way to prevent these tragedies?

 

Even when abuses are reported, the children are left with the abusive parent until, all too often ...

Folks when I responded to ambulance call child no vital signs, I found a 6mos old girl vitals absent, a frozen shitty diaper on her face and a deplorable mess and temp in apt was about 59 degrees. Her mom was @ hotel friend got her as I was ...working on child and thank God I brought her back to the living. Child survived and 3mos later was given back to the mother. 3mos later responded to same apt and child was D.O.A., choked to death on her own vomit. Judge felt mother suffered enough from loss of child thus got no jail time. This was in late 70s, so I can see not much as changed since then in child protection

A jealous husband is facing life in prison after chopping off his wife's fingers because she began studying for a degree without his permission.

 

Rafiqul Islam, 30, blindfolded his wife Hawa Akhter, 21, and taped her mouth, telling her he was going to give her a surprise present.

 

Instead he made her hold out her hand and cut off all five fingers. One of his relatives then threw Ms Akhter's fingers in the dustbin to ensure doctors could not reattach them.

 

 

 

Mr Islam, who is a migrant worker in the United Arab Emirates, had warned his wife there would 'severe consequences' if she did not give up her studies.
'After he came back to Bangladesh, he wanted to have a discussion with me,' Ms Akhter told The Times.

 

'Suddenly, he blindfolded me and tied my hand. He also taped my mouth saying that he would give me some surprise gifts. But, instead he cut off my fingers.'

 

Mohammed Saluddin, the Bangladesh police chief said that Mr Islam had confessed after he was arrested in the capital, Dhaka, and will face charges of permanent disfiguration.

 

Human rights groups are demanding life imprisonment.

 

'He was enraged. He was jealous because while he only had a grade eight standard education, she was off to college to pursue higher studies,' said Mr Saluddin.

 

Ms Akhter says she is learning to write with her left hand and is determined to resume her studies. She is now back at her parent's house.

 

The attack is the latest in a series of acts targeting educated women in the Muslim-majority company.

 

In June, an unemployed man gouged out the eyes of his wife, an assistant professor at Dhaka University, apparently because he could not stand her pursuing higher studies at a Canadian University.

JAPANESE SLAUGHTERING HIGHLY INTELLIGENT DOLPHINS

 

There is no limit to the greed and cruelty visited upon living creatures by so-called "human" beings. Not only do the Japanese slaughter whales under the pretext of pursuing science, they herd and brutally butcher dolphins - creatures who demonstrate a very high level of intelligence, understanding and even compassion.

 

We must protest ! 

 

We must demonstrate that this cruelty is intolerable and unacceptable.

 

There must be consequences if the Japanese do not stop these terrible practices.

Trailblazing our knowledge of aquatic minds, Diana Reiss uses science to fight for dolphin welfare.

It was a routine task for any dolphin trainer. But one November day in 1980, teaching a dolphin to eat defrosted fish turned into an experience that Diana Reiss still talks about almost 30 years later.

Reiss was working toward her doctorate in animal communication, and she had left the U.S. for a two-year research stay in France. On that day in November, in a small port town in the eastern Pyrenees, she was tossing fish to a captive female dolphin. If the animal swam away, Reiss would give her a time-out, backing 10 feet (three meters) away from the pool and standing motionless for a few minutes.

The dolphin quickly learned what Reiss wanted, but remained finicky about food and refused to eat fish unless the spiky fins were removed from the tails. Then one day, by mistake, Reiss gave the dolphin a fish with fins intact. The animal spit it out, stared at Reiss and retreated to the other end of the pool; there she remained in a vertical position for several minutes.

"I felt like I was getting a time-out," Reiss recalls. "It seems like she was that conscious of what I was doing that she would use a signal like what I used for her to correct me back."

To Reiss, now a professor of cognitive psychology at Hunter College in New York City, the episode was revelatory. "These are active minds. They are like little scientists—they test contingencies, they learn, they are very curious," she says.

But in the 1970s, when she started studying dolphin minds, few shared her opinion. In fact, many scientists saw the animal mind as a black box that, if it had any content at all, would remain forever shut to humans.

For the past three decades, Reiss has struggled to pry open that box, and she has used her findings to push for animal welfare. Her team was the first to show that Asian elephants and bottlenose dolphins (the species starring in the television series Flipper) are able to recognize themselves in a mirror—a complex feat of self-awareness previously thought to exist only in the great apes.

"She was one of the first people who could figure out the appropriate technique to examine mirror self-recognition in nonhumans," says Irene Pepperberg, a comparative psychologist at Brandeis University who has studied parrot behavior for 30 years. "Working it out for dolphins and elephants, you know, it takes significant smarts to figure out how to do that appropriately."

Notoriously playful, dolphins have also caught scientists' attention by creating play objects from their own bodies. In the wild, if dolphins are trapped or scared, they tense up their blowholes—the nostril on top of their heads—releasing bubbles of air. When the bubbles are big enough, water pressure causes them to collapse in the middle and form rings of air that rise slowly toward the surface like smoke rings. "We started noticing that they were producing these bubble rings in captivity," Reiss says.

In safe aquarium settings, bubble rings are objects of play, not fear. After a quick breath at the surface, dolphins swim to the bottom of the pool and expel a long, silvery ring of air. In a graceful water ballet, they nudge the bubble ring around, make it bigger or smaller or swirl it out of shape, swim through it, or they snap it suddenly between their jaws to release a thousand tiny bubbles.

"It was the first example we saw of a nonhuman animal creating an object of play out of something out of its own body," says Reiss, who believes the bubble rings are evidence that dolphins have an acute awareness of physical contingencies, past and future. "If [the rings] are not well formed, they'll knock them apart right away and then go back and produce a really well formed one."

A slight and energetic woman with long, black hair, Reiss now spends much of her time teaching at Hunter College. Her office is small and dimly lit, the desk cramped among reams of books and research papers. It is about as far from nature as it gets, and the faint sounds of Mahattan's hustle and bustle seep through the window glass as a constant reminder of her urban surroundings. But as Reiss picks up an old book on marine mammal whistling, the stuffy air springs suddenly to life with her rendition of the tonal calls of faraway oceanic creatures.

Reiss's expressive ways are no accident. She graduated from college with a degree in theater and went on to work as a set designer with the Manning Street Actors Theater in Philadelphia. In the mid-1970s the group went on a trip to Poland to visit Jerzy Grotowski, an experimental director who worked with a concept he called "theater laboratory". One night, in an effort to break down the actors to "the basic components of acting," Grotowski put them in the middle of a room and had them do animal calls. "It was like an epiphany," Reiss recalls. "I just felt like I really wanted to study animal communication."

Reiss left the theater behind, but not the drama. In 1985, she became involved in a highly publicized effort to rescue a 40-foot- (12-meter-) long, disoriented humpback whale out of San Francisco Bay, and she later joined a campaign to protect dolphins from being accidentally caught in tuna nets—the origins of the "dolphin-safe" label for tuna cans.

Recently she has been pushing to end the brutal slaughter of dolphins in the Japanese town of Taiji. Since the late 1940s fishermen here have gathered annually to round up and kill pods of animals during so-called drive hunts. According to Reiss, dolphin meat contains extremely high levels of mercury and is not a popular food in Japan. Instead the Japanese government claims the animals are pests that compete with fishermen for dwindling fish populations. But that makes little sense, Reiss says, because the fish typically caught by Taiji fishermen—such as yellowfin tuna—are too big for dolphins to eat.

"For me, as a steward, I feel like it's my professional and personal responsibility to make people understand these animals and that [drive hunting] is incredibly inhumane," she explains. "I don't think most people are aware this is still going on, even in Japan."

In spring 2004, Reiss went to the Japanese embassy in Washington, D.C., with two fellow scientists and a detailed presentation about the extraordinary intelligence and sensitivity of dolphins. They also brought a statement against drive hunting signed by 300 scientists.

One of the scientists who went with Reiss was Paul Boyle of the Association of Zoos & Aquariums, at the time director of the New York Aquarium  and Reiss's boss. "It didn't take [her] more than five minutes to make me believe that yes, we should do something about [drive hunting]," recalls Boyle, who describes Reiss as "one of the most collaborative, helpful, bright scientists I've ever met."

But the Japanese embassy proved harder to convince. Despite the efforts of Reiss and others, dolphin drive hunting continues in Japan and elsewhere. "That's where science has to speak across cultural lines," Reiss says, raising her voice. And she has no intention to stop speaking out until she is heard.

BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION FUEL WRETCHED POVERTY IN INDIA

 

 

 

India has slipped three places to 87th spot in Transparency International's (TIs) latest Corruption Perception Index with financial scandals linked to the recently concluded Commonwealth Games contributing to this low rating in a survey of 178 countries.

"The perception about corruption in India seems to have increased primarily due to alleged corrupt practices in the Delhi Commonwealth Games," said the report by the Berlin-based global watchdog on corruption released in New Delhi last week.

With an 'integrity' score of 3.3 India was behind neighbouring China ranked at 78 based on the extent of corruption and their respective government's ability to punish and contain it. In 2009 India was in 84th place and China at 79.

A score of zero on a scale of 0-10 indicates the highest level of corruption and 10 the lowest.

"India has gone down in the (corruption) ranking as well as integrity score and this is a matter of concern and regret," TI India head P. S. Bawa said.

It appears that the level of governance has not improved despite India having a skilled set of administrators, he added.

The report, based on 13 surveys conducted throughout the year by various international bodies like the World Bank, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund also revealed that Denmark followed by New Zealand and Singapore, both of which were equally ranked, had the lowest levels of corruption.

In South Asia Bhutan was the best performer at 37th position with an integrity score of 5.7 whilst Nepal ranked 146th and Pakistan 143rd.

Afghanistan with an integrity score of 1.4 was ranked 176th, just two positions above Somalia and Myanmar.

Earlier, a TI survey conducted between November 2007 and January 2008 revealed that millions of Indians living below the poverty line, earning US$1 ($1.30) or less a day, had paid an estimated US$220 million in bribes over a three-month period to avail of basic public utility services.

The survey found that these bribes had been paid by the country's wretchedly poor for 11 types of services like police, healthcare, revenue and education.

The police were the most corrupt, with two out of every five people surveyed seeking its help for what was rightfully theirs through bribes.

Petty officials involved in maintaining land records occupied the second spot in the list of bribe takers.

The ambitious National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme launched by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's administration to alleviate poverty soon after it assumed office in 2004 too was plagued by corruption, the analysis stated.

Almost four million below poverty line households had to bribe staff in state-run hospitals to be admitted, allotted a bed and if required, referred to diagnostic services, the report said.

The total amount of bribes paid to hospital staff by these victims over a 12-month period was estimated at around US$21.75 million.

Nearly one million households were denied hospital services simply because they either refused to pay bribes or could not afford to do so.

And though primary and secondary education was the least corrupt arena, it was found that poor households had paid US$3 million in bribes to admit their children into school.

The study also showed that 5.36 million poor families had to dole out financial handouts or use a contact to avail of the government run public distribution scheme that provided them rice, wheat and cooking fuel like coal and paraffin at subsidised rates.

"The level and extent of mis-governance is horrifying in legal and moral terms," India's Vice-President Hamid Ansari had declared whilst releasing the report. Corruption he added was "pervasive and cancerous".

A "national bribe index" compiled some years ago by the weekly Outlook magazine found that Indians paid moneys for birth certificates, passports, ration cards, driving licences, electricity and water connections, for housing plans to be cleared and even for bank loans and for menial jobs.

A recent federal home ministry report largely corroborated this growing reality regarding corruption by declaring that crime syndicates with international connections had corrupted India's state machinery at all levels, virtually running a parallel government.

"All across India crime syndicates have become a law unto themselves making rules and ensuring that everyone obeys," the report stated.

Even in smaller towns and rural areas, musclemen and hired assassins controlled vast areas through terror and violence. The criminal justice system too had broken down, unable to deal with widespread chaos.

Many budding politicians became leaders of these gangs and over years, got themselves elected to local legislative bodies, state assemblies and even parliament.

"To survive in India today an individual either has to have influence or money or both," admitted a senior government official. Having neither meant trouble and a wretched existence.

The SS Richard Montgomery - A Ticking Time-Bomb in The Thames

The SS Richard Montgomery was an American Liberty ship, it sailed for only one year and a month after completion yet is still appearing on shipping news, radars and is kept under close scrutiny today. So what makes this cargo ship so special? The Montgomery, though built to serve and provide vital supplied, is now a danger to shipping after breaking its back and sinking in the Thames Estuary while fully laden with munitions and explosives.

 

American Liberty ships were cargo vessels built during World War II from an adaptation of a British design. They were built to replace vessels which had been torpedoed by the German U-boats. A total of 2,751 of the ships were built between 1941 and 1945 and the SS Richard Montgomery was one of 82 built in one yard and completed in 1943. Named after General Richard Montgomery - an Irish-American soldier who was killed during the Revolutionary War and was famous for leading the invasion of Canada - the SS Montgomery's fate did not lie in the hands of the U-boat commanders that would sink so many of its sister ships.

Sailing from Hog Island, Philadelphia, the SS Richard Montgomery begun its final voyage in August 1944, it was loaded with 6,124 tons of munitions. Aboard the vessel was 13,064 general purpose 250Ib bombs filled with TNT, 9,022 cases of fragmentation bombs, 7,739 semi-armour-piercing bombs, 1,522 cases of fuses, 1,429 cases of phosphorus bombs, 1,427 cases of 100Ib demolition bombs, 817 cases of small arms ammunition and 240 mustard gas bombs. Let's not forget this was during some of the fiercest fighting of the Second World War.

Stocked full of munitions, the SS Richard Montgomery travelled from the Delaware river to the Thames Estuary where it was anchored to await other ships which would form a convoy to Cherbourg. The Allies had taken Cherbourg during the Battle of Normandy a month earlier and supplies were badly needed. Travelling in convoys ensured a safer crossing for ships as U-boats were limited in the number of attacks they could inflict thus travelling in conveys ensured that the majority of ships would survive.

When the Montgomery arrived at Southend the harbour master ordered it to a berth off the northern edge of the Sheerness middle sands where it ran aground in its shallow depth and broke its back on August 20th 1944. Three days later the operation to remove the cargo began but by the next day the hull had cracked open and several cargo holds flooded at the bow end. Desperate to remove the munitions, the salvage operation continued into September when the ship was finally abandoned, breaking into two parts.

With its masts still visible at low tides, the wreck of the SS Richard Montgomery is still a danger to shipping and sits in a perilous position in a very busy shipping lane.

 

One major problem is that the ship sank while still laden with volatile explosives.

 

Accordingly the site remains a prohibited area and no vehicles can move over the site, there is an exclusion zone around it and the ship is monitored visually and by radar by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.

Still aboard the SS Richard Montgomery, 3,173 tons of munition remain with 1,400 tons of TNT. These have been left aboard to avoid a situation that took place following an attempt to remove the contents from a ship in the English Channel in 1946. Preliminary work to neutralize the explosive ordinance aboard the wreck of the Keilce in 1967 caused an explosion with force equivalent to an earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter Scale and dug a 20-foot deep crater in the seabed. In 1970 it was determined that if the wreck of the Montgomery were to explode it would throw a 1000-foot wide column of water and debris 10,000 feet in the air and generate a wave 16 feet high.

Not only could the explosion bring chaos and destruction to the nearby Sheerness, it could destroy the shipping port and, it has been suggested, cause a Tsunami along the River Thames. Which happens to run through the city of London. While the last ultrasound showed that there were no grounds for increased cause for alarm, a new survey of the munitions on board has been called for and a report in 2001 from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency concluded that "doing nothing was not an option for much longer."

When I started this blog a few years ago, I intended to expose injustice in my area of the world, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I did not yet realize that people all over the world would be reading what I write.

 

Now, while I listen to world news on public broadcasting from the CBC in Canada and Vermont Public Radio in the USA and the BBC, I am always aware that people all over the world are reading my blogs.

 

At this writing on December 18, 2011, more than 39,500 people all over the world have been reading my blogs - people in Fiji, Mongolia, Poland, Venezuela, Australia, Greece, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Japan, China, South Korea, Zimbabwe, India, Finland, Uganda, Israel and Russia and beyond. I note the new countries on my blog as you join me.

 

So, I take this opportunity to reach out to good people everywhere, to assure you that we are aware of what you are experiencing and there are people in the west who care.

 

It is true that many of you are facing very difficult situations. We here in Canada have problems, but nothing that compares with the starvation in Africa and parts of India and elsewhere; nothing that compares with being attacked by pirates or rebels or our government's armies; nothing like children being sold into prostitution and slavery on a grand scale; nothing like being deprived of freedom of speech.

 

Canadians who are struggling for justice are mostly ignored. The authorities here try to discourage dissent by wearing us out from endless frustration. But Canadians are still able to speak and to write without fear of being arrested. And because this is still true, I am writing today to ensure that we maintain those freedoms and do not allow them to be stolen from us.

 

Because of failures and corruption in our own system, I have been arrested by the Montreal Police and taken to hospital on more than one occasion, accused of being "insane and dangerous." But as soon as the doctors spoke to me, they realized that the arrests were the results of malicious acts by criminals I have been exposing. I was quickly set free.

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Have you been rushing out to get a yearly flu vaccine or diligently taking your children for the 40 or so mandated childhood vaccines?

That's really a shame because you have unwittingly been trading a run-of-the-mill flu or just the measles, for loading up your or your children's bodies with cancer and other deadly viruses, a destructive bacteria, a chemical selected to damage fertility, and with synthetic DNA that threatens to damage your own DNA - the biologic code for your existence.

None other than the (now deceased) head of vaccines at Merck, Dr. Maurice Hillerman, who on camera admitted that Merck's Hepatitis B vaccines, contaminated with a virus, caused the AIDS epidemic in the US. He went on to say that all of Merck's vaccines are contaminated with cancer and other viruses. (The US government has conceded the HEB B vaccine causes Lupus. That vaccine is mandated for every infant in the US on the day of birth, and is associated with MS as well.)

For Jews who have almost religiously believed in medical authorities about vaccines and poo-pooed those worried about the safety of vaccines, they might want to notice that Hillerman was Jewish.

Or they might recognize that so is Dr. Larry Palevsky, a board certified NY pediatrician, who for ten years routinely gave vaccines to his patients until he noticed them losing eye contact and then began looking into the vaccines he had blindly trusted. He found that they are ALL contaminated with viruses that are so small they can never be removed. He no longer gives any vaccines. He now treats his young patients for autism and other neurologic injuries from vaccines.

Donald W. Scott, the editor of The Journal of Degenerative Diseases and the co-founder of the Common Cause Medical Research Foundation, links vaccines to AIDS (as did Hillerman) and to US bio-weapons research, and says they are contaminated with mycoplasma, a primitive bacteria that takes apart cell walls.

Perhaps the highest scientific authority saying vaccines are contaminated is Garth Nicolson. He is a cell biologist and editor of the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Metastasis, and the Journal of Cellular Biochemistry. He is one of the most cited scientists in the world, having published over 600 medical and scientific peer-reviewed papers, edited over 14 books, and served on the editorial boards of 28 medical and scientific journals. He is not just saying that vaccines are contaminated with mycoplasma but is warning the US that they are. Nicolson goes further and says that we are all being damaged by them and contracting chronic degenerative diseases that.
That damage translates into lifelong patients (and thus life-long profit) for the pharmaceutical industry making the vaccines and he says doesn't appear to be accidental.

All the vaccines mandated to children and many other vaccines as well, including the seasonal flu vaccines being mandated to health care workers, are contaminated with polysorbate 80, the central ingredient in a pharmaceutical industry patent to damage fertility. The pharmaceutical industry has a long history of of seeking a vaccine that would covertly sterilize whole populations So, in addition to being contaminated with cancer and other viruses, and with the bacteria mycoplasma, vaccines are intentionally "contaminated" with a chemical as well, which is, given the patent, a "patently" sought-after sterilizing agen

Beyond containing polysorbate 80 and cancer and other viruses, and likely mycoplasma, the Gardasil vaccines are contaminated in an additional way. It and all the new vaccines are contaminated with genetically engineered DNA. It can contaminate people's DNA, just a genetically engineered crops can contaminate normal crops. Gardasil itself is contaminated with a man-made version of the HPV DNA, the very virus it was supposed to protect against, which now it threatens not only altering kids' healthy DNA with synthetic DNA (!) but with a diseased version.

Gardasil was suspended in India after 4 girls died but the killing has gone on in the US despite the confirmed deaths of 100 girls. and now the CDC, with special ties to Merck, its maker, wants all boys to take it, too.

Informed consent is the core of the Nuremberg Code that was created by the Nuremberg Tribunal to keep the pharmaceutical industry from ever again committing the hideous "medical" abuses it did during the Holocaust. In California, Jerry Brown is dismantling informed consent in order to get these deadly vaccines associated with infertility, into all school children. And it was during the Holocaust that the pharmaceutical experimented on Jewish women prisoners at Auschwitz to develop a vaccine that sterilized covertly. Henry Kissinger recommended the development of covertly sterilizing vaccines in a major report to the US government and as late as 2009 a Finnish Health Minister said he was behind the H1N1 vaccine that was meant to lower population.

Jerry Brown has just signed into law a bill that will allow children as young as 12 to decide whether to take a vaccine for sexually transmitted disease. Parental consent is not needed and parents will not even be allowed knowledge as to whether the child has taken the vaccine. Merck's Hepatitis B vaccine is one that is included, as is another Merck vaccine, Gardasil, allegedly for ovarian cancer. A Gardasil researcher says there is no evidence it works. "This raises questions about the CDC's recommendation that the series of shots be given to girls as young as 11-years old. 'If we vaccinate 11 year olds and the protection doesn't last... we've put them at harm from side effects, small but real, for no benefit,' says Dr. Harper. 'The benefit to public health is nothing, there is no reduction in cervical cancers … ' "

But these figures are based on statistics from medical professionals who do not wish to be sued. In reality, "less than 10% of deaths, seizures, paralysis, etc., are being reported as caused by the vaccinations that doctors gave in their office.
The following real-world estimates are based on reports from a law firm:

The California law even approves in advance, ALL yet-to-be made (and completely untested) vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases, though of the two current Merck vaccines they are pushing on children, one Merck vaccine caused AIDS and causes Lupus and the other Merck vaccine is contaminated in multiple ways and proving highly lethal. Children will be the ones decide whether to take the vaccines, and they will make that decision after being forced to see videos of people dying terrible deaths from cancer. Not only would the vaccine be given without parental consent, but parents are denied knowledge that the vaccine is going to be given or that it was given. If the child has a seizure or dies afterward, parents may not see their own children's medical records.

This is what is left of the "informed consent" meant to provide human rights to protect the world from pharmaceutical industry abuses against mankind.

After World War II, it was Merck which received the flight capital of the pharmaceutical industry indicted for crimes against humanity, human enslavement and mass murder.

In the case of children, rather than their facing childhood diseases of insignificant threat, they are, by legal mandate, being bombarded repeatedly throughout their childhood with viruses that cause diseases (including cancer), a cell-destroying bacteria, a a threat to the very integrity of their DNA, and a chemical specifically chosen to impair fertility. And laws are being written to add to the already long list of vaccines they must take, including two mandated Merck vaccines. One is an old Merck vaccine that caused AIDS and is causing Lupus. The other is a Merck vaccine claiming to prevent cervical cancer though girls have little chance of contracting it in the first place (and boys, none!) and it can easily be detected by pap smear and treated successfully and there is NO evidence the vaccine prevents it. Meanwhile, it is killing children.

Though facing no serious health risk, people are paying to have their bodies contaminated by contaminated vaccines. In taking vaccines, they are trading the minimal risk of even contracting common diseases and which themselves are rarely dangerous and can be treated if contracted - for the absolute certainty of loading their bodies with

1. cancer and other infectious viruses, 2. a destructive bacteria, and 3. a fertility impairing chemical.

They are doing this because they are being terrorized by their own government with false information on the risks of various diseases and denied critical information on the scientific risk of the vaccines.

Those vaccines without a doubt threaten their own and their children's fertility, and their very lives.
