  Phyllis Carter - So he was brusque and arrogant, sweeping into the crowd thoughtlessly. But what about REAL issues? Justin totally ignores the plight of Canadian Crime Victims like me and my family.-http://dawnmcsweeney.blogspot.com. I am a crime victim and a victim of the Montreal Police. Marlene Jennings, Member of Parliament and Quebec Deputy Police Ethics Commissioner, stated at two public meetings in Montreal, "Mrs. Carter's rights were violated three times."
