Phyllis Carter  - IS THE LIGHTING NECESSARY OR DECORATIVE?

Murray Levine -  100% decorative. The lighting is to be projected onto the superstructure of the bridge. It has been in the news for 10 months

Phyllis Carter > Murray Levine - THEN PUT THE MONEY TO BETTER USE.

Murray Levine >  Phyllis Carter Don't tell me! Tell the MINISTER! smile emoticon

Phyllis Carter > Murray Levine - I DON'T SPEAK TO POLITICIANS. I PUBLISH TRUTH FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE.

Murray Levine > Phyllis; So publish it and encourage everyone to write to the Minister and ask him to stop the waste before its too late! Montreal's budget NOT counting the $30 million (in federal funds) is $105 million. The entire budget for Toronto's 175th was ONLY $300,000!
