    Do the Israelis think the cows could be booby trapped? It seems crazy, but maybe it is understandable because of all the lunatic suicide bombers. I wouldn't put anything past them. But there comes a point where common sense has to say, :"Hold it! Use a little sechel (horse sense)". If in doubt, there are ways to check for booby traps. The insult to the Arab cows reminds me of the lunatic Quebec separatists who make a big "tsimmis" (stewed prunes) because an ice cream shop used plastic spoons with English words on them. Nuts is nuts. Enough already. Someone get a grip and start turning the ship around before everyone drowns. Weed out the loonies in your own society, and let the wise ones sit down together under a tree and drink tea and have a chat.
