As a crime victim in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I have been pleading for justice for 15 years - day and night.

 

How is it possible that the Montreal Police do nothing ?

 

Because a Montreal Police officer helped the criminals to rob me.

 

And because everyone, at every level of government says -

 

These crimes are not in my jurisdiction.
