TELL ME IF YOU KNOW A "CLEAN" WORD FOR THIS

 

 

Despite my ease with the English language,

 

I cannot think of a word to describe

 

The agonizing frustration

 

And trouble

 

Caused by the incompetence

 

Of those we have to deal with

 

at

 

Large companies

 

and

 

Government offices.

 

 

There must be a word for it.
