I don't have answers. I have questions and serious concerns based on my own experiences and talking with medical people and patients in Montreal over many years.
I have one question that I would like to have answered - with evidence - first hand experiences.
Are French-first hospitals in Montreal receiving more funds, more favours, more benefits, more advantages, from the Parti Quebecois government than those few Quebec hospitals that treat more patients who are not French-first?
