THE CHARBONNEAU CRIME COMMISSION IS BLIND TO CRIMES COMMITTED BY MONTREAL POLICE

Why do the police help the criminals in Montreal, Quebec, Canada?

The evidence is clear: Criminals have no heart for the victims they hurt. We should not expect to appeal to the "decency" of criminals. They have none.

But, when a thief steals everything a family worked for all their lives, why do the Montreal Police protect the criminal and do everything possible to discourage and silence the victim?

Because a Montreal Police officer helped the thief, Dawn McSweeney, to commit the initial crime and because everyone says,

"Yes. Your rights were violated - but this is not in my jurisdiction."

The people pay the police and the court systems to protect the innocent and bring swift and appropriate justice to crime victims and victims of police abuse. The evidence is clear: That is not what is happening in Montreal.

The Charbonneau Crime Commission is concerned with the politicians of The City of Montreal and the relationships between the governments of Montreal and the Mafia.

The Charbonneau Commission is ignoring crimes committed by the Montreal Police.

My family was torn apart by these crimes that could not have succeeded without the complicity of the Montreal Police and the neglect by politicians, human rights organizations, the commercial media, the CLSC Pierrefonds, the Quebec Court in Montreal and everyone who has a responsibility to protect victims but refuses to do so.

Why is everyone still silent when these crimes have been reported constantly - from the day I was attacked and robbed in my home with the help of a Montreal Police  officer?

Why is there no huge outcry from the general public, the taxpayers, the citizens in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, when the police abuse crime victims and find dozens of ways of suppressing and crushing those who report crimes?

Why is it only the extremists - the nut cases, the mentally disturbed, the young and the frustrated, and those seeking a moment of glory - who protest openly against police abuse, thereby discrediting the victims - while most people just look the other way?

Why are The People mute, deaf to the cries of crime victims who - once abused by thieves, rapists, wife beaters, child molesters - find themselves neglected, ignored, discouraged, rejected, denied, diverted - by the police we pay to protect us?

Why?

Because those who are not yet victims are busy contemplating their navels. It hasn't happened to them - yet. And they are too busy playing games and eating and sleeping and watching TV and drinking and doing anything - but what they should be doing  - before it is too late  - speaking out against injustice and police abuse - loud and clear for all to see and hear.

When their turn comes ....

First they came for the Communists,
And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.

Then they came for the Jews,
And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
And I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Catholics,
And I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.

Then they came for me,
And by that time, there was no one left to speak up.

More than 126,000 people around the world have read my reports
But there is still no justice for victims of the Montreal Police
