Here are the facts. See for yourself. When protective mothers don't have access to the same billions and billions of dollars granted to fathers rights groups, it WILL cause biases and corruption. There are some good fathers that lose custody as well, but as you can see from this $$$, it has caused the pendulum to swing so far the other way, making it a battle good mothers trying to protect their children from abuse simply can't win, then the children are placed with the abuser and in many cases will end up dead. I did not make up this report and I am NOT gender bias! These are facts.

Here's an example in just one court: Director of Palm Beach County CASA Guardian Ad Litem Program, Kristen Solomon encourages mothers to "give up" their parental rights!

 

Further a GAL with CASA Deborah Maki, who has an extensive history of violence including a protective order, police reports, teacher report, witness letters,etc. refers to mothers as "Monster Moms."

 

To make matters worse for good mothers fighting for the safety of their children in custody, Kristen Solomon's husband is a staff attorney with "Legal Aid," causing further biases.

 

CHILDREN ARE DYING at alarming rates in South Florida after being placed with abusive fathers. Here are SEVERAL cases from the same court that this CASA program is responsible for: www.factscourtwatch.org.

 

Further, in just recent months five CHILDREN have DIED after evidence of abuse by the father was ignored! How many more children have to die before they do something about these MONSTER Guardian Ad Litems that are clearly bias?
