Thank you for confirming once again that my rights don't matter to Quebec's Human Rights Commission. I will share this information with members of government and the media. You may read about it at Facebook and at
while I still have freedom of speech in Quebec.

Ms Carter,
My name and E-mail address seems to be on a list of contact of yours.
I would kindly ask you to eliminate them from that list.
I understand you want to inform the Commission about any development of the situation, but you will understand that we cannot afford to compile
all that information since it does not constitute a receivable
complaint, for the reasons I gave you before.
Yours truly,

_SPVM - MONTREAL POLICE - ACKNOWLEDGE COMPLAINT_
(http://phylliscartersjournal.blogspot.com/2010/05/spvm-montreal-police-acknowledge.html)
*********************************************************************
I have just received the following acknowledgement of my complaint
from the Montreal Police Service - SPVM.
Based on my thirteen years of pleading for justice, I am certain that
the Montreal Police will quickly tell me - once again - that the case is
closed - that is, the case that the Montreal Police intend never to see
before a criminal court. There may be excuses or stalling for weeks or months, but rest assured, the Montreal Police will not go after these criminals
until someone in authority forces them to do so.
Who has the authority to do so ? Who has the will ? Who really cares
about justice ? I have been stalled, refused, rejected, ignored and delayed
for thirteen years. Now the Quebec Human Rights Commission tells me I am
"too late" for justice.
Who is above all this ? Is there a righteous one among you ?
