CAT COLLARS, HORSE BITS CAN CAUSE PAINFUL INJURIES.

Kitten in Not e.V.Aus aktuellem Anlass:
Wir beobachten immer wieder Personen, die ihren Katzen ein Halsband aus diversen Gründen anziehen.
Leider ist es mit Halsbändern so, dass ...

We see cats wearing collars and necklaces.
Unfortunately, the alleged "security closures" do not always open independently.

The animals stay in branches and bushes. The collars can easily get tangled and leave a cat hanging by the throat where it can strangle in panic and die in agony. There are many missing cats found dead, hanging from branches.

It continues to happen. We can see the results in the photo. The animal was caught and severely injured by the collar. In this photo we can see the cat was trying to get out of the collar. The collar cut into the cat's flesh. It can go so far that the leg has to be amputated - if the cat survives.

Cats with only three legs can't run fast enough crossing a street and they may even be killed trying to outrun a car.

A collar on a cat is like a bit in a horse's mouth. We see people riding horses and we never stop to think how painful it is for a horse to have a big metal bit deep in his mouth, near his throat. It is an agony no one ever notices or speaks about.

Bells are dangerous and unhealthy for cats - and horses too. Ears are so sensitive. The constant ringing prevents the important safe orientation of cats. Can you imagine a bell hanging from your own neck, constantly ringing in your ears?

Cats are "belled" with the intention of warning birds that a cat is coming. But this is a myth. Healthy birds are also killed by cats, but the writer of the original text here believes that cats catch birds who are already unhealthy and debilitated.

A collar does not protect a cat from being stolen. A chip and / or a tattoo can't be removed.

It's about the health and life of your cat.

  • Phyllis Carter - CAN YOU IMAGINE THE PAIN ! WE ARE TOLD HERE THAT THE PHOTO COMES FROM A SOURCE OTHER THAN THE TEXT. BUT THE MESSAGE IS IMPORTANT.

I HAVE EDITED THE TEXT BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL ENGLISH TRANSLATION IS COMPLETELY INCOHERENT.

I WOULD NEVER LET MY CAT GO OUTDOORS WITHOUT A HARNESS AND ME HOLDING THE LEASH. CATS ARE NATURAL PREDATORS AND URBAN LIFE IS HAZARDOUS. IF YOU WANT A CAT TO LOVE, KEEP IT AT HOME. SO MANY CATS SUFFER HORRIBLE INJURIES OUTDOORS. MY BEST FRIEND'S CAT CAME HOME WITH HIS LEG SO BADLY MANGLED, IT HAD TO BE AMPUTATED.
