STOP ! LISTEN ! COMMUNICATE !

Everyone is in a hurry. Taxi drivers are in a hurry. Hospital staff are in a hurry. Pharmacy clerks are in a hurry. You explain your needs to one clerk, one technician, one bureaucrat. The next one asks you to explain your needs. Wherever you go, people are swirling around, pushing past you, running by without noticing they've almost knocked you over.

In hospital, you are told to report your case at the reception desk. You provide your card and report your information. You wait.

After a very long time you find out that the information you provided was never communicated to the nurse who says, "You should have told someone before."

I did. I told the receptionist as I was told to do. She went out of her way to report the important information to two of the nurses on duty. But the "fifteenth" nurse tells me that I "Should have told her before".

So much frustration. So much aggravation. Such a drain of energy and patience.

Even danger?

STOP !

LISTEN !

COMMUNICATE ACCURATELY.

SOMEBODY PLEASE !
