I am an 80 year old lifelong Canadian Journalist, a cancer patient and - thanks to the Montreal Police - I am a crime victim. The Montreal Police have repeatedly refused to take action against Dawn McSweeney. the thief who destroyed my family, and those she calls her "partners in crime" on her own blog. Why? Because a Montreal Police officer helped the thief - not the victim - when I called 911 for help while I was being attacked. Marlene Jennings, Member of Parliament and Quebec Deputy Police Ethics Commissioner, stated at two public meetings in Montreal, "MRS. CARTER'S RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED THREE TIMES", but the Montreal Police are still covering up the crimes that tore my family apart.
