CHINA HAS TRIED TO ERASE TIBET - REFUGEES IN THE U.S.A. ARE SAVING THEIR CULTURE

Han Chinese have smothered the Tibetan people. To speak the truth in Tibet today can cost your life. 

But many Tibetans fled over the Himalayas before the onslaught. Many made it to India. Some have found a new home in Plattsburgh, New York. They are preserving their culture - dance, beautiful wood carving. gorgeous costumes, their music and their food. They are keeping the true Tibetan culture alive.
