ABANDONED BY PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE - PRUDENTIAL BLAMES MONTREAL POLICE

I was a customer of Prudential Insurance - "The Rock of Gibraltar" - and their agent, Gerry Thornily - for THIRTY years.

For thirty years, my husband and I made insurance payments to Prudential through the Thornily Agency of Point Claire, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. But they dropped me like a hot potato when I reported that I had been robbed by Dawn McSweeney with the help of a Montreal Police officer.

The agent, Brian Thornily, Gerry's son, and the Prudential adjuster told me that the police had not made a report of the robbery in time and the file was closed.

I reported the robbery to Brian Thornily, from the telephone at the Fraser Hickson Library very shortly after the robbery, while I was living in my car. It would have been a day or two after I was attacked in my home on October 7, 1996 - and robbed, and evicted without any legal procedure by a Montreal Police officer. I was living in my car the late afternoon when I made that call. It was just getting dark outside. A couple of days after the attack, a friend took me in.

Brian Thornily didn't say a word to me about my insurance premium payment about to come due.

Unbeknownst to me, my insurance was due to expire at the end of October, 1996. All my papers, documents, bills, bank books, everything I owned was still in my mother's house where I had just been attacked, robbed and evicted.

I was in shock, homeless and destitute and I had no way of knowing the insurance payment was about to come due. I had no mailing address to receive any notice of renewal after October 7, 1996 until late November, 1996.

Everything I owned was in the house where I was robbed - under the complete control of Dawn McSweeney. The police officer put me out of my home and left me in the street without as much as a coat. I only had my old car, my purse, my bible and a clean pair of shoes I liked to wear in church.

Why didn't Brian Thornily tell me the insurance was coming due at the end of October when I reported the robbery to him about October 8 or 9 ?

A few weeks later an insurance adjuster showed up at my new apartment and told me that the police had not made the report on time and Prudential refused to open an investigation.

I told the Prudential adjuster and Brian Thornily that I did not want to make a claim. I did not want money. I wanted them to investigate and recover my precious belongings that were still in my mother's house in the hands of Dawn McSweeney. But they refused absolutely.

They said that was a job for the police.

The police finally made a report six months later, in March, 1997. Since then, the Montreal Police have repeatedly refused to take any action to recover my precious belongings or to bring the thief, Dawn McSweeney, before a judge in criminal court.

WILLIAM LLOYD GARRISON - JOURNALIST - ONE VOICE AGAINST ALL ODDS

William Lloyd Garrison
1805 - 1879
In the very first issue of his anti-slavery newspaper, the Liberator, William Lloyd Garrison stated, "I do not wish to think, or speak, or write, with moderation I am in earnest -- I will not equivocate -- I will not excuse -- I will not retreat a single inch -- AND I WILL BE HEARD." And Garrison was heard. For more than three decades, from the first issue of his weekly paper in 1831, until after the end of the Civil War in 1865 when the last issue was published, Garrison spoke out eloquently and passionately against slavery and for the rights of America's black inhabitants.

The son of a merchant sailing master, William Lloyd Garrison was born in Newburyport, Massachusetts, in 1805. Due in large measure to the Embargo Act, which Congress had passed in 1807, the Garrison family fell on hard times while William was still young. In 1808 William's father deserted the family, forcing them to scrounge for food from more prosperous families and forcing William to work, selling homemade molasses candy and delivering wood.

In 1818, after suffering through various apprenticeships, Garrison began work for the Newburyport Herald as a writer and editor. This job and subsequent newspaper jobs would give the young Garrison the skills he would utilize so expertly when he later published his own paper.

When he was 25, Garrison joined the Abolition movement. He became associated with the American Colonization Society, an organization that believed free blacks should emigrate to a territory on the west coast of Africa. At first glance the society seemed to promote the freedom and happiness of blacks. There certainly were members who encouraged the manumission (granting of freedom) to slaves. However, it turned out that the number of members advocating manumission constituted a minority. Most members had no wish to free slaves; their goal was only to reduce the numbers of free blacks in the country and thus help preserve the institution of slavery.

By 1830 Garrison had rejected the programs of the American Colonization Society. By this time he had worked as co-editor of an antislavery paper started by Benjamin Lundy in Maryland, The Genius of Universal Emancipation. And on January 1, 1831, he published the first issue of his own anti-slavery newspaper, the Liberator.

In speaking engagements and through the Liberator and other publications, Garrison advocated the immediate emancipation of all slaves. This was an unpopular view during the 1830s, even with northerners who were against slavery. What would become of all the freed slaves? Certainly they could not assimilate into American society, they thought. Garrison believed that they could assimilate. He believed that, in time, all blacks would be equal in every way to the country's white citizens. They, too, were Americans and entitled to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Though circulation of the Liberator was relatively limited -- there were less than 400 subscriptions during the paper's second year -- Garrison soon gained a reputation for being the most radical of abolitionists. Still, his approach to emancipation stressed nonviolence and passive resistance, and he did attract a following. In 1832 he helped organize the New England Anti-Slavery Society, and, the following year, the American Anti-Slavery Society. These were the first organizations dedicated to promoting immediate emancipation.

Garrison was unyielding and steadfast in his beliefs. He believed that the Anti-Slavery Society should not align itself with any political party. He believed that women should be allowed to participate in the Anti-Slavery Society. He believed that the U.S. Constitution was a pro-slavery document. Many within the Society differed with these positions, however, and in 1840 there was a major rift in the Society which resulted in the founding of two additional organizations: the Liberty Party, a political organization, and the American and Foreign Anti-Slavery Society, which did not admit women. Later, in 1851, the once devoted and admiring Frederick Douglass stated his belief that the Constitution could be used as a weapon against slavery. Garrison, feeling betrayed, attacked Douglass through his paper. Douglass responded, and the attacks intensified. Garrison and Douglass would never reconcile their differences.

Although Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation was a government decree, Garrison supported it wholeheartedly. After the end of the Civil War in 1865, Garrison published his last issue of the Liberator. After thirty five years and 1,820 issues, Garrison did not fail to publish a single issue.

MONTREAL POLICE HELPED THE THIEF, DAWN MCSWEENEY - NOT ONLY GREEDY, BUT CRUEL

Not only did Dawn McSweeney steal all my valuable jewellery, she also stole my husband, Cliff Carter's New Jersey Deputy Sheriff's badge, his trademark grey Stetson Fedora, our wedding portrait, and all the family photographs from our childhood and youth. This is not just greed, it is malice.

But the Montreal Police who have helped the thief since the day of the robbery continue to refuse to take any legal action against Dawn McSweeney and those she boastfully calls her "partners in crime, on her own blog.

If anything I have said or written about Dawn McSweeney's crimes for the past 16 years is untrue, why has no one sued me in all these years?

Dawn's associate, Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme went so far as to apply for a court order declaring that I was insane and dangerous, but no one has sued me.

I provided the Montreal Police with insurance papers, photos, appraisals and a detailed seven page, handwritten inventory of everything Dawn McSweeney stole from me on October 7, 1996 at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Because a Montreal Police officer helped Dawn McSweeney rob me, the police have refused to take any action against the criminals in this case or to recover and return everything they stole.

And because the Montreal Police refused to take any legal action from the start, the thieves went on to steal everything my father worked for all his life.

Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime" stole our family home and all my father's savings - the inheritance my father left to each of his children and grandchildren specifically named in his own will.

Two years before my mother died, this stranger, Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme, associated with the McSweeneys, made a new will in my mother's name. She was 92 years old and handicapped mentally and physically. My mother had been kept in total isolation by Dawn McSweeney's partners for almost a decade.

Prud'homme gave all my father's estate to Dawn McSweeney and Debbie Rubin McSweeney. Prud'homme eliminated all my father's children and grandchildren named in his own will.

Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme named himself "liquidator" of my father's estate.

Dawn McSweeney and those she calls her "partners in crime" stole all my best jewellery, but she also stole personal treasures. She never even met my grandparents but she stole their portraits from us - out of pure malice.

And she stole so much more -
With the help of a Montreal Police officer.

WHY IS THE THIEF, DAWN MCSWEENEY, STILL FREE ? $5,000 REWARD

Question: Why is the thief, Dawn McSweeney, still free to enjoy everything she - and those she calls her "partners in crime" on her own blog - stole from me and from my family?

Answer: Because a Montreal Police officcr helped Dawn McSweeney to rob me, and the Montreal Police have been covering up her crimes from the day I was attacked and robbed in my home at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Since there is no politician willing to take legal action against the thief, I am offering a $5,000. reward.

THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION - WHY DO WE ACCEPT LIES WITHOUT QUESTION ?

" ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL "

There are, no doubt, many interpretations
Of this famous quote,
But the truth is simple:
All people are not created equal.

Babies are born - created -
With hare lips,
Missing limbs,
Heart defects,
Brain damage,
And a myriad of possible defects.

At the same time, others are born
With all their parts in good condition.

Some are born to be tall,
Others will be looking up at them
All their lives.

Some are born with beautiful features,
Others are destined to be homely.

Some will develop high intelligence,
Others will struggle to learn arithmetic.

Some are born into riches,
Others are born into poverty,
And hardship.

Those who are born Caucasian
Usually have a substantial advantage
Over those born with brown skin.

Just because something is old,
And has been accepted for a long time,
Does not mean it is true.

All "men" are not "created" equal,
And all women
Are not born into the same advantages
As men.

It is not The Creator
Who makes people "equal"
It will have to be people
Who create a society
Where everyone has a fair chance.

But that can't happen
Until people stop believing lies.

AXIRON - A DRUG THAT IS DANGEROUS TO THOSE WHO DON'T USE IT

AXIRON (TESTOSTERONE) TOPICAL SOLUTION

What is the most important information I should know about AXIRON?

AXIRON can transfer from your body to others. This can happen if other people come into contact with the area where the AXIRON was applied. Signs of puberty that are not expected (for example, pubic hair) have happened in young children who were accidentally exposed to testosterone through skin to skin contact with men using topical testosterone products like AXIRON. Women and children should avoid contact with the unwashed or unclothed area where AXIRON has been applied. If a woman or child makes contact with the application area, the contact area on the woman or child should be washed well with soap and water right away.

To lower the risk of transfer of AXIRON from your body to others, follow these important instructions:

  • Apply AXIRON only to your armpits.
  • Wash your hands right away with soap and water after applying AXIRON.
  • After the solution has dried, cover the application area with clothing. Keep area covered until you have washed the application area well or have showered.
  • If you expect another person to have direct skin-to-skin contact with your armpits, first wash the application area well with soap and water.

Stop using AXIRON and call your healthcare provider right away if you see any signs and symptoms in a child or a woman that may have occurred through accidental exposure to AXIRON. Signs and symptoms in children may include enlarged penis or clitoris; early development of pubic hair; increased erections or sex drive; aggressive behavior. Signs and symptoms in women may include changes in body hair and a large increase in acne.

Who should not use AXIRON?

Do not use AXIRON if you:

  • have or might have prostate cancer
  • have breast cancer
  • are pregnant or may become pregnant or are breast-feeding. AXIRON may harm your unborn or breast-feeding baby.

Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should avoid contact with the area of skin where AXIRON has been applied.

What should I tell my healthcare provider before using AXIRON?

Before you use AXIRON, tell your healthcare provider if you have:

  • breast cancer
  • or might have prostate cancer
  • urinary problems due to an enlarged prostate
  • heart problems
  • kidney or liver problems
  • problems breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea)
  • any other medical conditions

Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Using AXIRON with other medicines can affect each other. Especially, tell your healthcare provider if you take:

  • insulin
  • medicines that decrease blood clotting
  • corticosteroids

What are the possible side effects of AXIRON?

AXIRON can cause serious side effects. Call your healthcare provider right away if you have any of the following:

  • If you already have enlargement of your prostate gland, your signs and symptoms can get worse while using AXIRON. This can include: increased urination at night, trouble starting your urine stream, having to pass urine many times during the day, having an urge that you have to go to the bathroom right away, having a urine accident, being unable to pass urine or weak urine flow.
  • Possible increased risk of prostate cancer. Your healthcare provider should check for prostate cancer or any other prostate problems before you start and while you use AXIRON.
  • In large doses AXIRON may lower your sperm count.
  • Swelling of your ankles, feet, or body.
  • Enlarged or painful breasts.
  • Problems breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea).
  • Blood clots in the legs. This can include pain, swelling or redness of your legs.

The most common adverse events include: skin redness or irritation where AXIRON is applied, increased red blood cell count, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, and increase in blood level of Prostate Specific Antigen (a test used to screen for prostate cancer). Other side effects include more erections than are normal for you or erections that last a long time.

AXIRON is flammable until dry. Let AXIRON dry before smoking or going near an open flame.

Axiron is available by prescription only

You are encouraged to report negative side effects of prescription drugs to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch or call 1-800-FDA-1088.

For more information, please see full Prescribing Information, including Boxed Warning regarding the risk of transfer to others, and Medication Guide.
