THE SYSTEM IS SET UP TO PROTECT POLICE - BAD ONES - IN MONTREAL TOO

FACEBOOK
Federal prosecutors in Minnesota announced Wednesday no charges will be filed against the police officers involved in the killing of Jamar Clark.
DEMOCRACYNOW.ORG
Phyllis Carter  -The same is true in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is not based on race, as far as I know, but no one will act when a police officer commits a crime against an ordinary citizen. Read my reports athttp://dawnmcsweeney.blogspot.com. These crimes destroyed my family and my faith in police. Member of Parliament and Quebec Deputy Police Ethics Commissioner, Marlene Jennings, stated at two public meetings in Montreal, "MRS CARTER'S RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED THREE TIMES." But everyone says these crimes are not in their jurisdiction. I have pleaded for justice to politicians at every level of government and to human rights organizations. My unrelenting demand for justice has cost me my health and endangered my life. I am fighting cancer even as I pursue this criminal case alone, day and night, month after month, year after year - to my last breath. I am now 80 years old and still fighting. I demand JUSTICE.

More than 257,000 people around the world have read my reports to date. But once people hear that a police officer helped the criminal, they will not touch the case. They all tell me to get a lawyer. But this is not a civil case. I don't want money. I WANT JUSTICE.

THIS IS A CRIMINAL CASE WITH MONTREAL POLICE HELPING A CRIMINAL AND THE MONTREAL POLICE COVERING UP.

I AM ALL ABOUT JUSTICE - http://phylliscartersjournal.blogspot.com.

COMMERCIAL MEDIA IGNORE FLESH-EATING DISEASE

I wanted to publish photos of the effects of this disease but they are so horrible that I have decided not to do so.  –  P.C.

As if the people of Syria were not troubled enough with five years of Western-engineered destruction, warfare, and economic oppression, a new disease is working its way across the country. Cutaneous Leishmaniasis is a parasitic disease allegedly being spread by infected sand flies although the disease is also described as tropical in nature.

The disease causes open wounds and purplish scarring, a gross disfigurement of its victims.

As The Daily Mail reports, Many of the temporary refugee settlements can increase the risk of picking up the disease because of malnutrition, poor housing, deficient medical facilities and overcrowding.

This, coupled with the favourable climate – the sand flies only operate in humid temperatures [a minimum of 27/28 degrees at night] – has created the conditions for the disease to spread.

For instance, refugee settlements in Nizip in southern Turkey have reported several hundred cases.

Speaking to MailOnline, Dr Waleed Al-Salem, one of the authors of the research was carried out in the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, said: 'It's a very bad situation. The disease has spread dramatically in Syria, but also into countries like Iraq, Lebanon, Turkey and even into southern Europe with refugees coming in.

'There are thousands of cases in the region but it is still underestimated because no one can count the exact number of people affected.
'When people are bitten by a sand-fly – which are tiny and smaller than a mosquito – it can take anything between two to six months to have the infection.

'So someone might have picked it up in Syria but then they may have fled into Lebanon or Turkey, oreven into Europe as they seek refuge.

'Prior to the outbreak of war there was good control of diseases, parasites and sand flies but when the conflict started no one cared, conditions worsened and the health system broke down, which has created an ideal environment for disease outbreaks.'

Of course, it wasn't that "no one cared." It was that no one was able to provide adequate care because the United States, Israel, the GCC, and NATO had overrun the country with savage terrorists and destroyed the infrastructure, not to mention the Western sanctions imposed upon the country which, alone, would have made it difficult to treat.

The World Health Organization, however, does categorize the disease as "neglected."

The Daily Mail also summarizes the prevalence of the disease both in Syria, the Middle East, and Africaby writing: Between 2000 and 2012, there were only six reported cases of the disease in Lebanon.

But in 2013 alone there were 1,033 cases reported, of which 96 per cent occurred among the displaced Syrian refugees, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.

Turkey, Jordan, Easter Libya and Yemen have also reported hundreds of cases.

With Yeminis migrating to Saudi Arabia, the fear is the disease might spread there too.

There could even be refugees with the disease who have reached Europe.

According to the Syrian Ministry of Health, the number of cases of Leishmaniasis went from 23,000 before the war to 41,000 in 2013. The World Health Organization donated 10,000 of meglumineantimonate for treatment in Lebanon.

Oddly enough, according to maps circulating in mainstream reports, while cases of the disease have appeared all across Syria, they seem to be concentrated in Palestine and Israel as well as Southern Lebanon. At this time, it is unclear whether or not the disease is indeed becoming an epidemic and/or a pandemic or if the Western media is simply using it to stir up humanitarian concerns in order to help justify some type of intervention in Syria or even panic over Syrian refugees. While the level of emergency may be debatable, the disease is undoubtedly present in Syria.

Regardless, the reason this disease is making a comeback is directly a result of Western policies of destabilization, sanctions and proxy war that has resulted in the evisceration of Syrian living standards, health facilities and sanitation infrastructure.

IS CANCER A NATURAL PART OF EVOLUTION ?

Stephen Hawking tells us that all life started from one cell. I figure that, if that cell had not mutated, there would be no life on earth.

Therefore, is cancer just nature continuing its process - at our expense?

Each of us thinks of ourselves as a unit. In fact we are what STAR TREK called, big "bags of mostly water."

And we contain billions of cells all doing their own thing while we are totally oblivious to is going on.

ISLAMISTS TEACH THEIR BABIES TO KILL AND LOVE DEATH

A video published this week documenting the graduation ceremony of Islamic Jihad's "cubs" program for children provides a look into the violent, anti-Israel teaching that prevails in many Gazan kindergartens, which are administered by Palestinian terror organizations.

On Sunday, the 'Islamic Way Kindergarten' in Gaza's Zeitoun district held a graduation ceremony for dozens of children.

A seven-minute video of the event has documented the kindergarten pupils turning from innocent children to well-trained "cubs" demonstrating how to kill Israeli soldiers.

The filmed program begins with a military parade, in which a group of children march on stage, holding weapons, to the sound of jihadi anthems.

After the parade, the children purportedly carry out a demonstration of a complex attack against IDF soldiers. The children are seen dividing into groups that use different modes of operation to target Israeli civilians and soldiers.

The first group acts out planting explosive devices beneath what appears to be an IDF tank, while the second groups mock fires rockets into Israel. Afterwards, all the cubs on the stage enacts the storming of IDF positions, pretending to kill one soldier and kidnap another.

The show ends with a the group of children ostensibly claiming responsibility for the demonstrated terror attack, while one of them pertains to be the military spokesman of Islamic Jihad's military wing, the Quds Brigades.

Following the show, Khader Habib, a senior Islamic Jihad leader who attended the ceremony, delivered a short speech.

"This show sends a message of love. Our children dream to live like the rest of the world's children," Habib stated. "This is a message to the world, which maintains silence amid the killing of our children, our women and our elderly."

"We are telling the Zionist enemy: We do not want to kill anyone, we are not terrorists nor murders. Leave our lands and return it to its owners, do not oblige us to kill you," he added.

WHEN POLICE ARE CRIMINALS THE INJUSTICE SYSTEM SUPPRESSES THEIR VICTIMS

Quebec police accused of sexually abusing aboriginal women
Val-d'Or aboriginal abuse allegations: Montreal police create hotline

More aboriginal women across Quebec are speaking out about what they say is physical and sexual abuse at the hands of provincial police officers.

Aboriginal women's claims of police sex abuse under investigation

Enquête investigation into Val-d'Or (English)

The women — who hail from places such as Schefferville and Maniwaki — say they wanted to share their own experiences after Radio-Canada's investigative program Enquête aired a story in November about aboriginal women in Val-d'Or alleging they were sexually assaulted by Sûreté du Québec officers over a period of two decades.

Following the report, then public safety minister Lise Thériault handed investigation of the allegations to the Montreal police.

Women come forward

Lise Jourdain says she experienced abuse at the hands of SQ officers over 25 years ago.

"I was raped by police officers in Schefferville," she told Enquête.

"Actually, it was one officer, but I use plural because the others knew what was happening."

Kristen Wawatie, originally from Lac Barrière in the Abitibi region of Quebec, said she was violated by an officer in Val-d'Or in August 2012.

"I said no, I don't want you to touch me," she said.

"It's then that his hands went, they went in my pants. He said to me that he can touch me when he wanted."

Wawatie said she told the officer she would bring him to court.

"He said, 'Who are they going to believe, the police or a drunkard?'"

Deserted by police

Other women are sharing stories about being abandoned by officers at the side of the road, kilometres away from habitable areas.

Carolyn Henry said that in 2007, she was visiting Maniwaki, a small town north of Gatineau in the Outaouais region, for a powwow.

'The worst things are going through our heads. You hear the stories of what happened to many other indigenous women.'
– Carolyn Henry
She said she was leaving a bar with a friend when SQ officers offered to give them a lift back to their campground.

But she said police drove past the campground and continued driving for about 45 minutes.

"You can't help at think the worst. I mean, we were in a vulnerable situation, two young indigenous females in a town that we're not from and we don't know anything about," Henry said.

"They knew that we needed a ride. So yeah, like, sure, the worst things are going through our heads. You know, 'cause you hear the stories of what happened to many other indigenous women."

Henry said the police drove to what looked like an abandoned gas station, told her and her friend to get out and then drove off, leaving them stranded.

Public security minister promises action

A former employee of Quebec's public security ministry, Isabelle Parent, who worked under the junior minister for 12 years inspecting police forces, said she wants to break her silence on the allegations.

"There was no interest. At the top, there was really no interest in the security of aboriginals, aboriginal women," she said.

"That shocked me."

Parent said prosecutors often said they didn't have enough information to move forward with charges.

In an interview Thursday with Radio-Canada, Public Security Minister Martin Coiteux defended turning down interview requests from the Enquête team.

He said he had no information on the allegations at the time of the request. On Thursday afternoon, he said that he will make sure complaints are followed up on.

"These allegations will for sure bring with them a government response," Coiteux told Radio-Canada.

"We won't sit around with our arms crossed."

No comment from SQ

The provincial police refused interview requests from the Enquête team.

Jean O'Bomsawin, a former SQ officer, said the allegations about Val-d'Or officers shocked him.

"My first reaction was, they are going to speak to everybody to make sure this situation is dealt with, that it won't go any further," he said.

"There needs to be a serious investigation into all these allegations, to find the truth. Those who protected other officers must face consequences as well."

The Montreal police said the investigation into the conduct of the eight officers in Val-d'Or is continuing.
