THIS WOULD BE A SHOCKING HORROR IN ITSELF IN AMERICA IN THE 21st CENTURY - ONE RICH LUNATIC. WHAT IS EVEN MORE DANGEROUS IS THE FACT THAT MILLIONS OF FOOLS APPROVE OF HERR DRUMPH'S SADISTIC ACTS.

AMERICA DENIES THE HOLOCAUST AND THE FOOLS ARE INTENT ON DOING IT AGAIN.

PASTOR MARTIN NIEMOLLER WARNED THE WORLD

THE TRUMP REGIME ECHOES NAZI GERMANY SO CLEARLY, BUT MILLIONS OF AMERICANS SEEM BLIND, DEAF AND DUMB AS THEY REPEAT WHAT THE GERMANS AND AUSTRIANS DID IN THE 1930'S. THE HOLOCAUST DIDN'T START WITH THE OVENS. IT STARTED WITH LIES AND ETHNIC CLEANSING, AND DONALD TRUMP IS FOLLOWING MEIN KAMPF TO THE LETTER.

STOP ! LISTEN ! COMMUNICATE !

Everyone is in a hurry. Taxi drivers are in a hurry. Hospital staff are in a hurry. Pharmacy clerks are in a hurry. You explain your needs to one clerk, one technician, one bureaucrat. The next one asks you to explain your needs. Wherever you go, people are swirling around, pushing past you, running by without noticing they've almost knocked you over.

In hospital, you are told to report your case at the reception desk. You provide your card and report your information. You wait.

After a very long time you find out that the information you provided was never communicated to the nurse who says, "You should have told someone before."

I did. I told the receptionist as I was told to do. She went out of her way to report the important information to two of the nurses on duty. But the "fifteenth" nurse tells me that I "Should have told her before".

So much frustration. So much aggravation. Such a drain of energy and patience.

Even danger?

STOP !

LISTEN !

COMMUNICATE ACCURATELY.

SOMEBODY PLEASE !

666 FIFTH AVENUE - TRUMP TOWER - THE KUSHNER-CHINA CONNECTION

666 FIFTH AVENUE - THE MARK OF THE BEAST

In the very near future, you will not be able to buy food without a "credit card" owned by the banks.

"He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, freeman and slave, to receive a mark on (or in*) his right hand or on (or in*) his forehead, so that no-one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom, if anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man and it's number is 666."

Rev 13:16-18.

Kushners May Get $400 Million From Chinese on Tower at 666 Fifth Avenue

A company owned by the family of Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser, stands to receive more than $400 million from a prominent Chinese company that is considering investing in the Kushners' marquee Manhattan office tower at 666 Fifth Ave.

The planned $4-billion transaction includes terms that some real estate experts consider unusually favorable for the Kushners. It would provide them with both a sizable cash payout from Anbang Insurance Group for a property that has struggled financially and an equity stake in a new partnership.

The details of the agreement, which is being circulated to attract additional investors, were shared with Bloomberg. It would make business partners of Kushner Cos. and Anbang, whose murky links to the Chinese power structure have raised national security concerns over its U.S. investments. In the process, an existing mortgage owed by the Kushners will be slashed to about a fifth of its current amount.

The document offers a rare look at a major deal by a close Trump associate and family member. It's unclear whether the deal could prompt federal review, as occurred when Anbang bought other properties, like the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Manhattan. Anbang could also face review by the Chinese government, which has been clamping down on overseas investments and which has a range of pending issues with the Trump administration.

Controversial Visa Program.

The proposed partnership is seeking additional participants through a controversial federal program known as EB-5, which is intended for economically distressed neighborhoods and provides residency permits to major foreign investors.

The deal would value the 41-story tower at $2.85 billion, the most ever for a single Manhattan building: $1.6 billion for the office section and $1.25 billion for the retail section. The new partnership will refinance $1.15 billion in existing mortgage debt.

"This is a huge, huge exit strategy for an office building," said Joshua Stein, a New York real estate lawyer. "It does sound like a home run of a transaction for Kushner and his group."

Scott A. Singer, president of the Singer & Bassuk Organization, said the terms struck him as "aggressive but not absurd," based on the net income and square footage metrics he was shown by Bloomberg. He said they were along the lines of what might be expected for a trophy asset at a prime location.

Conflict of Interest?

Kushner Cos. declined to discuss details of the plan or name the potential lenders or investors it is courting, saying the deal is not finalized. A company spokesman, James Yolles, said that Jared Kushner sold his ownership stake in 666 Fifth to family members so the transaction poses no conflict of interest with his White House role.

"Kushner Companies has taken significant steps to avoid potential conflicts and will continue to do so," Yolles said in a written statement.

Asked for comment, a White House spokeswoman said Kushner will recuse himself from any matter where his impartiality could be reasonably questioned, including an examination of the EB-5 program.

Some government ethics experts argue that the Kushner family and business are so close-knit that the steps Jared Kushner has taken do not go far enough. Also at issue: as-of-yet undisclosed lenders who are financing the project and the forgiveness of a portion of a $250 million loan which will allow the debt to be cleared for one-fifth of its value.

'Sweetheart Deal'

"At the very least, this raises serious questions about the appearance of a conflict that arises from the possibility that the Kushners are getting a sweetheart deal," said Larry Noble, general counsel at the Campaign Legal Center. "A classic way you influence people is by financially helping their family."

The transaction would allow the Kushner Cos.' investment in the tower to be salvaged by lenders and businesses that could have extensive dealings with the federal government, while also permitting the Kushners to buy back into the building's more lucrative retail spaces and maintain a 20 percent stake.

The deal would allow Vornado Realty Trust -- which is partnered with Trump in his two most valuable properties - to exit a troubled asset with a 10-fold payout on its stake in the building's offices and a doubling of its investment in its stores. It declined to discuss the deal.

Steven Roth, chairman of Vornado, co-chairs a committee dedicated to one of the new administration's signature campaign pledges: infrastructure investment. Vornado is the biggest property owner in the area surrounding Manhattan's Pennsylvania Station and could benefit from increased infrastructure spending.

Fears of Espionage.

Anbang would pay a hefty price for both sections of the 666 Fifth Ave. project but score its first U.S. real estate investment of the year. The company's ties to the Chinese government are sufficiently unclear that former President Barack Obama declined to stay at the Waldorf after Anbang bought it because of fears of espionage. Now Anbang will be business partners with in-laws of the First Family.

An outside spokesman for Anbang, Tim Ragones, declined to comment on the deal terms but denied that the company's ownership structure is unclear. "Anbang is a highly transparent company that operates in accordance to the standards of public companies and strictly abides by applicable regulatory requirements," he said.

Kushner, who is married to Trump's daughter Ivanka, has become something of a de facto envoy for the administration, and was present for a meeting between Yang Jiechi, China's top diplomat, and his father-in-law at the end of February. As one of the president's closest advisers, he could have input on a wide range of issues affecting China, from national security concerns and territorial disputes to trade matters and allegations of currency manipulation. There are discussions under way between China and the U.S. on a potential summit between Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping to take place as early as next month.

The refinancing agreement is the latest twist in the history of a building that was Jared Kushner's grandest conquest and nearly proved his downfall. In 2007, he purchased the tower for a then-record $1.8 billion. It was a move that signaled the company's intention to expand beyond its extensive holdings in suburban garden apartments to more prestigious urban properties. Then the financial crisis hit. Four years later, with the investment teetering near insolvency, Vornado swooped in, getting a 49.5 percent stake in exchange for an $80 million capital injection. It then took on more of the tower in 2012, purchasing the retail spaces at the building's base from Kushner and others for $707 million.

An unusual consideration in the refinancing plan is the proposal to pay off a part of the mortgage known as a "hope note," which was for $115 million when Kushner Cos refinanced its debt in 2011. The loan, which was made by Barclays Plc and has since been sold off to investors, is now valued at more than $250 million because of compounded interest. But according to the deal documents, the Kushners will settle the debt for just $50 million. The Kushners declined to discuss the agreement. LNR Partners LLC, which currently oversees the debt, declined to comment.

Anbang will pay for most of the building and take out a construction loan of more than $4 billion to convert the property's higher floors into luxury residential units. The Kushners have agreed to invest $750 million in the retail portion of the building and will end up with a one-fifth stake in a project that the deal document says would be valued at $7.2 billion when completed. In addition to the $400 million from Anbang, the Kushners will receive another $100 million from other investors.

The plan also relies on the government program known as EB-5, which grants two-year visas and a path to permanent residency to foreigners who invest a minimum of $500,000 in projects that create jobs in economically distressed areas.

Lax Vetting?

Supporters argue that the program, which is overwhelmingly used on deals involving Chinese investors, attracts foreign capital and creates jobs at no U.S. taxpayer cost. But some Homeland Security officials and the General Accounting Office have warned that lax vetting has threatened to turn the program into a mechanism for the government to sell visas to wealthy foreigners with no proven skills, paving the way for money laundering and compromising national security.

It has been used to finance high-profile developments in wealthy enclaves, however, including Brooklyn's Barclays Center and Hudson Yards. The deal for 666 Fifth Avenue, on one of the world's most expensive shopping strips, blocks from Trump Tower, would arguably be the toniest location for an EB-5 project yet. The $850 million in EB-5 funding sought in the refinancing plan for 666 Fifth Avenue would be the largest to date.

Congress is now considering whether to renew the program and adopt new restrictions to deter the misuse of the program. The White House will ultimately be involved in that decision.

(Corrects first paragraph to say Anbang considering investment in Manhattan tower.)

THE PEOPLE ARE RISING UP AGAINST THE NEW EVIL EMPIRE

THE FOLLOWING ARE EXCERPTS FROM DEMOCRACY NOW.

AMY GOODMAN: The Yara Allen Justice Choir, singing Saturday in Washington, D.C., joining thousands who rallied and marched on the Capitol for the Poor People's Campaign, the mass demonstration following six weeks of actions around the country and more than, well, 2,500 to 3,000 arrests, as protesters joined what they're calling a "moral revival" to demand an end to systematic racism, poverty, the war economy and ecological devastation. The march brought together activists from around the country, more than 50 years after demonstrators converged in Washington in 1968, to take up the cause that Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King had been fighting for when he was assassinated April 4th, 1968: the original Poor People's Campaign. Just over a week after her husband's memorial service, Coretta Scott King led a march to demand an Economic Bill of Rights that included a guaranteed basic income, full employment and more low-income housing. Half a century later, the Reverend Dr. William Barber and Reverend Dr. Liz Theoharis led the new Poor People's Campaign in a march uniting low-wage workers, clergy, community activists, even some activists who marched in the original Poor People's Campaign 50 years ago.

The demonstrators rallied to protest widespread poverty, just days after the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, slammed a new U.N. report slamming the Trump administration's policies for worsening the state of poverty in the United States. The report details how 40 million Americans live in extreme poverty, 18-and-a-half—live in poverty; 18-and-a-half million Americans live in extreme poverty. Nikki Haley said last week, "It is patently ridiculous for the United Nations to examine poverty in America," this as she pulled the United States out of the U.N. Human Rights Council.

Well, organizers say the Poor People's Campaign has been the most expansive wave of nonviolent direct action in the U.S. this century, with well over 2,000 arrests. We turn now to voices from Saturday's Poor People's Campaign rally.

REV. MARK THOMPSON: Please welcome the Reverend Dr. Liz Theoharis and the Reverend Dr. William J. Barber.

REV. LIZ THEOHARIS: We are a powerful group of poor people and moral leaders and activists and organizers and freedom fighters. And 40 days ago, on Mother's Day, we launched this campaign. Our work has only just begun, 'cause over the past 40 days people of all races, colors and creeds have joined together to engage in nonviolent moral fusion direct action to demand that we lift all families up, we lift all people up. We don't break them apart. It is unjust, immoral and unnecessary to have millions of poor people in this land. It is unjust, immoral and unnecessary that we have children warehoused across this country because of their immigration status, because of their homelessness, because their families had no access to water. We need a Poor People's Campaign. So we are building one.

REV. WILLIAM BARBER II: We gather today for a call to action. We gather here declaring it's time for a moral uprising all across America. We are in the same moral tradition of the prophets of Israel, who challenged kings and rulers to stop legislating evil. We are in the same moral tradition of Jesus, whose evangelical work was not being against gay people, but being against poverty. We are in the same moral tradition of the Apache and other indigenous spiritual people, who taught us to care and not destroy and poison the air, water and the land. We are in the same moral tradition of the abolitionists, who knew, if slavery was legal, it was still immoral, and it had to be challenged. We are in the same moral tradition of the reconstructionists, who, after the Civil War, fought for equal protection under the law. We are in the same moral tradition as the social gospel movement, who looked at poverty and corporate greed and asked, "What would Jesus do?" We are in the same moral tradition of those who fought for labor unions and decent wages and 8-hour workdays, even when they were killed and hung in places like Chicago. We are in the same moral tradition as Cesar Chavez and MLK and Rabbi Heschel and Fannie Lou Hamer and Schwerner, Chaney and Goodman and Rosa Parks and Unitarians and Muslims like Malcolm and gay people and social justice activists like Bayard Rustin. We stand in the same moral tradition that have always fought to help this nation be a little more, a little more grounded in love, truth and peace, and to come a little closer to being a more perfect union. This is who we are.

Make no mistake, America. You've got to get a new lexicon for this. You won't be able to report this like you've normally reported it. We are black. We are white. We are brown. We are red. We are yellow. We are gay. We are straight. We are old. We are urban. We are rural. We are Jewish. We are Christian. We are Hindus. We are Muslim. We are people of faith. We are people not of faith. From Alaska to Alabama, to the Deep South in Mississippi, to northern Maine, from California to the Carolinas, from the Midwest, from the Rust Belt to the Wheat Belt, we are the Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival. And we won't be silent anymore!…

And so, today is about the people. This is a different kind of rally. We've not invited people here today to speak for the people. We've invited the people to speak for themselves, because I think it's time for a revolution.

PROTESTERS: [singing] Ain't gonna let nobody turn me around. I'm gonna keep on walking, keep on talking, marching up to Freedomland. Ain't gonna let no president turn me around, turn me around, turn me around. Ain't gonna let no president turn me around. I'm going to keep on walking, keep on talking, marching up to Freedomland.

REV. JAMES FORBES: I am here because 50 years ago Martin Luther King was assassinated. This is the 50th anniversary. How did he die? Working for poor people. And now heaven—as you know, I don't talk about heaven much, even though I'm a preacher—has declared that in order to show that Martin Luther King did not shed his blood in vain, heaven has decreed that dramatic, divine enhancement of movement is going to take place, in order to say to King and to Bobby Kennedy, "Ah, although you shed your blood, the movement was not killed. It was not extinguished."

AMY GOODMAN: Your thoughts, the border, what's happening and the separation of children? You're—you were the head of Riverside Church.

REV. JAMES FORBES: Yes.

AMY GOODMAN: And in New York, something like 700 children who have been separated from their parents, apparently, are in various institutions. The governor or the mayor have not exactly found out where they are.

REV. JAMES FORBES: Let's put it in historic context. The separation of children, for me, goes back all the way to the slavery process, by which the natural way to make slaves and to dehumanize people was to break their family bonds. All I can think of: Here it goes again. Whether or not it is separating by incarceration on trumped-up charges or trivialized assessment of criminal penalties, or whether or not it's separation on the basis of economics, or whether it's separation on the basis of gerrymandering, or whether it's separation on border rights, every time families are torn apart, the fabric of humanity has been rent. That's why I'm saying what's happening in Texas is only a kind of, as it were, sort of snapshot of what is wrong in the body politic in general.

PROTESTERS: [singing] I've got a feeling everything's gonna be all right.

AMY GOODMAN: Those last voices, the Reverend James Forbes, distinguished senior minister emeritus of the Riverside Church in New York, and the Reverend Jesse Jackson, who was with Reverend Dr. King when he was assassinated April 4th, 1968. Singing was the Reverend Barber, who, together with the Reverend Liz Theoharis, have been leading the new poor people's movement that they say has just begun. In these last six weeks, there have been over 2,500 arrests.

THIS HERO FACED FIERY DEATH FOR STRANGERS

The charred small plane still rests upside down on Milton Street near Van Dyke and Lynch in Detroit.

And authorities are lauding the efforts of bystanders who tried to rescue the passengers trapped inside the plane after it crashed suddenly in a fiery blast on their sleepy street.

Detroit Police Captain Mark Thornton says a resident helped the lone survivor emerge from the wreckage that killed two other passengers.

"I couldn't let him die there," Cordell Owens told WWJ's Charlie Langton at the scene. Owens says he used an axe to break a window - helping a 17-year-old boy from the burning plane Sunday night.
