THOUSANDS OF HELPLESS DOGS TORTURED TO DEATH BY SOUTH KOREANS

I have brilliant students, precious Christian friends, scientists, doctors, ministers, who are South Koreans. How can South Korea also be the home of monsters who commit atrocities like this?
