Phyllis Carter - Does anyone recognize the atrocities the Chinese commit against helpless animals? They torture and skin dogs alive in their thousands. They chop the legs off living dogs. They tear the feathers out of living birds .They do such horrible things to so many animals that I cannot find words to express my pain knowing about this and being unable to stop it.
