Phyllis Carter - In Canada ! This is outrageous !
Darren Rosen - enough complaints, hire a good lawyer, time for a law$suit .
Phyllis Carter - People always say, "Get a lawyer." So simplistic. So easy. No one ever tells you how expensive a lawyer is or how much you are going to have to pay for documents, or how hard it is to get witnesses when nobody wants to get involved. Nobody ever tells you how the powerful party can stall and delay and divert until the victim succumbs. Nobody ever tells you how many months or years will go by before your case is heard and how many times the lawyers for the opposition will find ways to postpone while you keep paying your lawyer. Sure. It's so easy to say "Get a lawyer, " and walk away.
Must everything be about law suits and money? This is about Justice and respect.
Who is responsible?
