With all the accusations about corruption in Montreal City Hall, we are still waiting the trial of Michael Applebaum, and I am still asking why no one is investigating the Montreal Police.

Marlene Jennings, Member of Parliament and Quebec Deputy Police Ethics Commissioner, stated at two public meetings in Montreal in 2008, "Mrs. Carter's rights were violated three times", yet no one has investigated what the Montreal Police did to me and to my family.
