QUEBEC ELECTIONS - I CAN'T VOTE - I AM HANDICAPPED

 

 

 

I could not vote in the Quebec elections

Even if I wanted to -

Because I can't walk.

 

I can't get to the polls.

 

How many other elderly

And/or handicapped people

Are unable to vote

Because they can't walk?
